At TenderTouch Lactation, our mission is to empower and support families by providing compassionate, personalized in-home, in-office, and telehealth lactation services. We are dedicated to promoting successful breastfeeding experiences through expert guidance, education, and encouragement, ensuring every parent and baby can thrive together.

Our Founder
McKenzie Taylor, IBCLC, founded TenderTouch Lactation Services in 2023, providing in-home, in-office, and telehealth lactation care. With a Bachelor's in Maternal Child Health, she has supported families since 2013 and is a sought-after speaker at breastfeeding conferences nationwide. Passionate about inclusive, judgment-free care, McKenzie has also served on the Touch of Gold board and hosts breastfeeding support groups and classes for all family dynamics.
When she's not supporting families, McKenzie can be found spending time with her three kids and fur babies, getting lost in a good book, or dreaming of her next beach trip.

Breastfeeding doesn't come with a manual, but it should come with ongoing support. After working with thousands of families, I've learned that success isn't about quick fixes - it's about having someone in your corner through the ups, downs, and everything in between.
