Tier 1: Community Care - $200/month

3-month commitment, then month-to-month

  • 1x Monthly Group Call on Zoom (Q&A, education, support circle)
  •  Monthly Saturday Support Workshop - 2 hours (peer support + weight checks available)
  • Access to The Nest Community (online support group)
  • Member discounts: 
    • Virtual consultations: $65 (vs. $85 individual)
    • Additional weight checks: $75 (vs. $125 individual)
    • In-person visits: $150 (vs. $200 individual)


Tier 2: Nurture Care - $500/month ⭐ Most Popular

3-month commitment, then month-to-month

  • 1x Monthly Group Call on Zoom
  • 1x Monthly VIP In-Home Visit (personalized lactation support)
  • Monthly Saturday Support Workshop

  • Voxer Support M–F (8am–4pm) for quick questions + real-time reassurance

Tier 3: VIP Mama Care - $700/month

3-month commitment, then month-to-month

  • 2x Monthly VIP In-Home Visits (hands-on lactation care + home support)
  • 2x Monthly 30-minute Private Zoom Check-In Calls
  • Monthly Saturday Support Workshop
  • Access to New Mamas Community
  • Voxer Support M–F (8am–4pm) for direct access between visits
  • Member discounts: 
    • Additional visits: $100 (vs. $200 individual)


All membership services include comprehensive feeding assessment, personalized care plans, hands-on support, weight checks, pump fitting, and detailed superbills for insurance submission.


Graduation Option: After 3 months, members can scale down to Community Care for ongoing support.

Insurance Coverage Options

 UHC & VA Insurance

All Other Insurance Plans

We work on a self-pay basis with detailed superbills provided for easy insurance reimbursement. This approach allows us to:

  • Schedule appointments immediately (no prior authorization delays)
  • Focus our time on your care instead of insurance paperwork
  • Provide flexible appointment times that work for your family
  • Offer the personalized attention you and your baby deserve

What Families Typically Receive: Most insurance plans reimburse 50-80% of lactation services when submitted as out-of-network claims. Reimbursement amounts depend on your specific plan benefits and deductible status.

Q: How do the membership programs work with insurance reimbursement?

A: You'll receive detailed superbills for all services included in your membership, which you can submit to insurance just like individual appointments. Many families find the comprehensive support and cost savings make memberships worthwhile even before insurance reimbursement.


Q: What's the commitment for membership programs?

A: All memberships require an initial 3-month commitment to ensure we can provide meaningful support during your breastfeeding journey. After your initial 3 months, memberships continue month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30-day notice.


Q: Why do I have to pay upfront if you are listed as in-network with my insurance?

A: We only bill UHC and VA insurance directly. For all other plans, we work on a self-pay basis with superbills provided for reimbursement. This eliminates insurance delays and allows us to provide immediate care when you need support most. Most families find this approach faster and less stressful than waiting for insurance approvals.


Q: What if my insurance doesn't reimburse anything?

A: While most plans provide some reimbursement, we believe the investment in successful breastfeeding pays for itself through improved health outcomes and reduced formula costs.


Q: Will you help if my claim gets denied?

A: We're happy to clarify any details about the services we provided, but insurance communications and appeals are handled between you and your insurance company.
