Payment and Insurance Information

Payment is due at the time of service, and we will provide you with a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. 

Many of our clients receive reimbursement rates between 60-80% of their out-of-pocket costs. Please note that reimbursement varies by insurance plan and is not guaranteed—reimbursement decisions and processes are solely between you and your insurance provider. 

We recommend contacting your insurance company prior to your appointment to understand your specific lactation support benefits and reimbursement policies.
